Ingredients of Chenjeh Kabab

Onion: 2 numbers

Olive oil: half a cup

Saffron: necessary amount

Sirloin or Hip of lamb: half a kilogram

Chopped parsley: necessary amount

Salt and Black pepper: necessary amount

How to prepare Chenjeh Kabab?

  1. Mix onion, pepper, salt, saffron, olive oil, and parsley.
  2. Chop meat in the small pieces
